Set your alarm, then place your phone far away from your bed. That way, once you're up, there's no turning back.

→Be consistent: go to bed and wake up at the same time every day when possible
→Exercise to boost sleep quality
→Only use your bed for sleep so your brain associates your bed with sleep and nothing else
→Limit alcohol a few hours before bed
→Implement a caffeine curfew at least 7 hours before bed
→Wear blue light glasses once the sun goes down
→Keep your room temperature cool
→Get out of bed and do something relaxing if you can't fall asleep
