Pricing

Our 4 week package includes 4 weekly 30-minute sessions. After the 4 weeks, you can choose to renew the package as needed. 

Alternatively, you can book on a per-session basis at 50$/session.

Us! Your founders, Nikki & Ashley. 

Ashley is a IIN Holistic Nutritionist & Health Coach and Nikki is certified by James Clear’s The Habits Academy. 

We focus on the keystone habits: working out, waking up, sleeping, diet, meditation, mindfulness, limiting screen time, cold showers, etc.

We do not consult on breaking addictions (smoking, drugs, alcohol, etc). 

Most of us know what to do but we still don’t do them. Let us help you get you to where you want to be, efficiently and effectively so that you don’t need to have another “I’ll start tomorrow” moment.
